Is this something that has just happened, have you maybe had a system update? Does the Quad behave if you use Bricsys Shape?

Yes, works fine in Shape, in fact using it there convinced me of its value. it used to pop up irritatingly in Bricscad, can't remember when it stopped appearing!

Does clicking on the top title bar of the Quad open it up further, the only way I can stop the Quad expanding is to give it a really long delay in the settings (you have it set to 1 and those settings work for me), but with the long delay clicking on the Quad expands it immediately.

I would try to add a bit more Delay to your 3 values with only 1 ms.
And I would try to give them different values.
Maybe they interfere negatively if all things happen at the same time ?0
