Uniting, trimming Surfaces

Totally unfamiliar with Surfaces in Brics (or at all) - don't know where to start.
How do I unite the two green slopes with the pink shape (attached) and trim away the pink that lies below the green (it's a building back gutter in sheet metal with 'floor' sloping to discharge at both ends)

I would remodel it in solids, its just some faces you have to cut.

you can cut the surfaces with the cut tool, like the solids,
then you can explode the surfaces to regions, delete the cut-aways and use union to join the regions.
but you have a mix of 3dfaces and surfaces, to join all regions together you have to draw the regions for the 3D surfaces.
to convert this to a solid you need a plugin.
or you can extrude the the regions in the negative direction, unite the solids, and cut away the unwanted areas....
if its an easy model then its less work to convert to solid...

maybe its easier with sheet metal
