Problem with saving files from Bricscad 16 in Bricscad 18 ( Version 18.2.20 (x64) revision 55961)

I have problem with some files which was made in Bricscad 16. Bricscad 18 ( Version 18.2.20 (x64) revision 55961 on Windows 10) opens this files, but when i try to save it, I get an error (see attached files). It happens even then I try make "save as" on local disk.
Additionally in this files don't work autoregen. I must run regen manually after drawing modification.
How to fix this problem?

PS.
I also have Bricscad 16 on my computer and I have no problem with this files.
