Brics drawing does not print correctly in ACAD 2018

A customer of ours send me a dwg. They told me that it was done in Brics. When I try to print it, much of the geometry is missing. The files are attached below (hopefully).

I have tried numerous plot style tables (monochrome and color) but get the same results with all of them.

What is the trick to getting this to plot correctly in ACAD 2018?

    Only objects visible are on "Layer 0".
    All other objects are on layers set to "No Plot".
    Check your layer settings.
