Expresstools QldetachSet command not found
Any help with this problem?
https://forum.bricsys.com/discussion/34114/expresstools-qldetachset-command#latest
Other express tools commands do work. I loaded the most recent version of express tools.
I get this:
Loading V16 of ExpressTools & issuing the command while leaders are selected I get this:
EXPRESSTOOLS
Opposite corner:
-
: QLDETACHSET
; ----- Error around expression -----
; (C:QLDETACHSET)
;
"no function definition ; expected FUNCTION at [eval]"

Alan,
Autodesk says this Express Tool is obsolete with the introduction of the multileader commands: MLEADER, MLEADERALIGN, MLEADERCOLLECT, MLEADEREDIT, MLEADERSCALE, and MLEADERSTYLE. See https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2018/ENU/AutoCAD-Core/files/GUID-E33A1FCA-3B6D-4FD5-BE6E-FBB0BD7A6A26-htm.html
I don't use leaders so I had to look up what the command even was. The code is actually in an .ARX file, but you probably know that. I'm not surprised that functions that Autodesk classifies as obsolete were omitted from the Bricscad Express Tools.

Thanks for the info.
I use the old leaders and do want to detach some of them.
Guess I'll create a lisp for that.0 -
Hi Charles,
Did you try raising a support request? Martin is usually pretty responsive on fixing any issues. QLATTACH & QLATTACHSET still work. It would be reasonable to expect that QLDETACHSET to still be available.
