Null object Id

I have just got this error message when using BricsCAD Drawing Compare. Any ideals?
It only happens on a few drawings.

Null object Id: (0)

The original drawing was started in AutoCAD and the drawing to compare was a save as drawing in BricsCAD with changes. Only a few drawings give out this error message.

Yes I have purged and wblocked out all of the drawings using BricsCAD.
