RFA import in V19 doesn't work

I am quite disapointed with rfa import in v19
I started my trial with v19 and I noticed that default rfa files from manufacturers like IKEA or sanindusa just don't work.

Attached are two files. Hope this is changed because all producers provide revit and archicad bim files and bricscad bim can be placed in a corner if this import fails.

    Same here.. Pretty disapointing.. Tried with several objects and libraries.
    Hope we could have some help about this.

    Hello all,

    RFA import is a work-in-progress development. Please create a support ticket to report problems.

    Here are some general guidelines about the current V19 RFA import functionality:
    1. We don’t support RFA files older than 2011.
    2. Files from 2011 to 2014 get imported, but since there was a major format change from 2014 to 2015, there might be issues with nested families.
    3. Files from 2015 to 2018 get imported correctly. At the moment, we import extrusions, blends, revolutions, and sweeps.
    4. We are working on RFA 2019 support.
