Level of detail - modeling

Hello,
Basically modeling walls and slabs in bricscad bim is basically making 3d solids and defining a specific composition to it. It's easy but what about improving the level of detail? If I have to model a slab with hollow-core concrete slabs elements as structure how can I model an array of elements defined as a single slab element? Can I modify a single 3d solid labeled as slab in a more detailed 3d model (modeling with a different solid per element instead of a single 3d object)?
