Where to start with a 3d model

So a new user to the Bricscad experience, after 2 weeks and harnessing the 2d environment, I am questioning where to start with a 3d model of a building. As there is shape, bricscad 3d and Bim.
Do you start with a 2d plan, and take that into shape, or should it go into bricscad 3d, before bim ?
I can’t see how this was intended to be used, and all the separate programs have their tutorials but they not not cover how these would overlap for the easiest build, Amy thoughts from experienced users would be welcomed.

Shape is a gd place to start - a set of v gd short tutorials, which are are from-basics, assume-nothing primer for Brics incl BricsBIM.

Origami is the Japanese word for paper folding. ORI means to fold and KAMI means paper and involves the creation of paper forms usually entirely by folding.
