Increase Menu Icon Size?

I have a 2560x1440 monitor set at 150% display scaling. Most of the BricsCAD menus look pretty good but there are some menu areas that do not scale well. For example the multitext and drawing explorer menu icons are still too small in my opinion. Is there any way to change the size of these menu icons? See examples below.
