Problem with "control" button

On Bricscad (V.14) when use "control" button to make action like "control+Z" or "control+P" to open print windows, appear a strange character on "command line windows" and shortcut not work.
Into "tool menù", "customize", "keyboard" shortcut are correctly set (for example "Control+Z".
Never change if use another keyboard or other "control" button of keyboard

If i enter inside "tool menù", "customize", "keyboard" and click something inside without giving "ok" this bug disappear sometimes...

How to solve this problem?
Control+Z is usefull, i need it.

    Sounds like your software is interpreting the control button as a command line symbol. I suspect it is quite a deep problem and best to restart your computer.
    Then if it's still happening, reinstall CAD.

    Maybe first try other software like word and try to Ctrl + P and Ctrl +z and see if they still work.

    Problem solved only with new setup of software after good clean
