I'm interested primarily in the Lisp and .NET sections but all would be handy.

I'm a little surprised ... the on-line version appears to have been built from .CHM files

Dear Kerry,

that Lisp part is taken from our "Lisp Developer Support Package" - a documentation around our Lisp (all the stuff beyond AutoLISP Standard functions);
you can find & download it from our Application Catalog, it is freeware - and contains lot more (like a Lisp Benchmark).
