Hello,
in bricscad bim is there any way to use work phases? I mean something like this Revit feature.

    I do a lot of geotechnical work so constrctruction sequence visualization is a big part of my design documentation. I tried to find a way to allow for this in Bricscad BIM using custom properties, but it seems that the structure browser doesn't yet allow the addition of custom rules via GUI. I filed a support request and I think that Bricsys is still working on it. Let's see if it's fixed on the next version.
