BLADE can not enter m

BLADE works well in BricsCAD V 18.2.20 (x64) revision 55961 (German Version - DE),
but I can not enter a character. The small m, Shift m goes to M.

If I press m on the keyboard nothing happens unless the cursor is in front of an open parenthesis: ( then the cursor jumps to the closing parenthesis: )
So it will do the same thing as the function from the menu: (Ctrl + M).
Is there an Bug at the German Version?
