Equivalent ACAD Methods for Bricscad

Working on porting a plugin for AutoCAD to BricsCAD in C#.. A couple things I can't find equivalents for which the ACAD extension uses currently, DocumentExtension class, and the AboutToBeginPublishing namespace and related event handler.
