Error after install Bricscad V19

Hi,
I got problem when I successful installed Bricscad V19. But after I run Bricscad, got notification "The program can't start because api-ms-win missing from your computer"
I attached the problem notification.

    Do you have some Anti Virus Software running ?

    It could block or delete Bricscad components while installing.
    It may be worth to shut it down while installing and check when
    running Bricscad. Maybe you need to exclude Bricscad Folders
    from Antivirus checking too.

    In the worst case that DLL is really missing for some reasons.
    That would mean to check and repair Windows.
