Our customer got notification "unknown error (error code-1036), after she tried to activation license. I was suggestion :
1. Tried to setting proxy (she said their office has internet proxy).
2. Tried to wifi from ther smartphone.
3. Reinstall the Bricscad V19
and our customer said she doesn't have anti virus.
fyi : I tried activated my license customer to my laptop (windows 10) and it works!.
can you guys know this issue? I'm confused!
