Entity Snaps panel

Am I being a bit blind, I have tried to find the Entity Snaps panel that used to be in the Ribbon in V19?

I thought I had looked everywhere, so apologies if I'm not seeing it.

I want to add it back into the Ribbon. Not sure if I need to create my own panel and populate it with the Snaps manually.

On a separate note has anybody noticed the tabs in the tool palette don't stay in the order you put them in. Once I restart Bricscad, they go back to what I presume is a default, so all my additional ones are all over the place. I don't remember having this issue in V19?
