[Resolved] Manipulator don't work in the French version 20 .1 .06 !
Curious but it don't works!
Works fine in the 19 English version!
Must I make something special! LIke that i made for the selection tool in the past...(kill the Config file)
I erased the Config file : not better!
It's less ennoyous than the selection tool but... 
PS Installed the English 20 1.06 Manipulator don't works too!

Ok ! That is resolved!In fact Manipulator V 20 don't works like v 19 !!!
You must "click and release" on it and not "Click and hold" !!!
As I have keept the reflex of the V19 that can't be working!
