DWG Compare: How to configure?

Is there a way to configure "DWG Compare"? For example "ignore Color and ignore layer" - so two lines with same geometry are "not different" (easyly said ...)

I want to compare two different, but similar drawings. The current problem for me is - it shows also the "Handle" as different, and so the entire drawing (13.000 objects) is different from the other. But I want to see only the "real differences" (which should be defined by me ..)
