I have a hard time understanding what you mean. Can you post a dwg to clarify?

Mlines (= short for multlines) are composed of straight segments only.
See: https://help.bricsys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006757813-MLine0 -
Mlines were introduced (By CompanyA) to match a marketing bullet point (of MicroStation). It has seen no improvement since it's introduction, it cannot contain curved segments (arcs), it's vertices cannot have individual elevations. Since CompanyA controls the specs so to speak, there isn't much that Bricsys can do to improve them.

Other than using Polylines or 3DPolylines instead.

Here you can find a dwg file.
I want to adjust the mlines with the line or the circle using adjust command.
Such as the line in this file.
I'm using mlines with 3 lines to draw HVAC installation on autocad and i would switch from autocad but i must use a software that works with mlines. In comparaison, it already works on zwcad.0 -

I do not know a command called '_Adjust', but I can _Trim the mlines in BricsCAD just fine and get the same result as in your mlines2.dwg.

adjust is the name of the command in French.
I try _trim, select the line or the circle as limit / enter / select the mlines to trim them but nothing happens0 -
I am still using V18, there might be an issue with the latest version (regression?).

Seems to work for me as expected in V19
Maybe not in V20.
I can "trim" sufficiently in Vectorworks.
But always had a hard time to trim or rotate and such in Bricscad.
For me the steps feels totally mixed up.
E.g. I don't understand why I autodescally have to select the cutting
element first before the element I want to manipulate.
Similar wrong it feels for my with "nearest distance", that when editing
the distance it will move the second selected element !?For me that is similar to mixing up the order of grammar in a sentence.

I try in V18 and V19 but doesn't work.
Can you attach a short video showing your work ?0 -
I was on V19 Mac.
- click Trim Icon
- select Circle (the Cutter)
- Enter
- select MLine (the Element to cut)
- Enter
- click wanted section to cut (e.g. MLine part inside the Circle)
Did not try V19 or V20 on Windows so far.
(But I had a V20 where it would trim the Line only, but not an MLine)0 -
@Tristan
Maybe the problem only exists in the French version?
