loft command: dependence between solid and profiles

Hi all,

anyone knows if it is possible to make a depencende between the solid and the profiles that you use for the loft?
So when I modify a profile the solid adapts automatically.

Or has anyone generally experience by making the workflow with the command loft automatically?
