Moving from annual to perpetual Licence (current annual 'Pro' to Perpetual 'Platinum')

Having had a successful year using Bricscad I am now looking to move to a perpetual licence.
I am currently using annual 'Pro' but want to move to a perpetual 'Platinum' version.

Two problems...
1. When I log in to the licence manager the 'Upgrade' option is not available.
2. The supplier I used originally does not show the Platinum version as available on their website, only 'Classic' & 'Pro'. (I am in the UK).

If anyone can let me know the best way to proceed with the upgrade it would be appreciated.
Also, are there any discounts available when moving from an annual to a perpetual licence.

I need to get it sorted as my current licence expires in about 20 days.
