    I would use AutoHotKey for that.

    If you have a Mouse with Driver Software that allows
    separate Settings for each App, like from Logitech or
    such, it should be possible.

    Not sure if there is a way from within Bricscad too ?

    My 3DConnexion CADMouse allow me to assign the middle mouse button, but right mouse button cannot be changed.
