Export to STEP file with Mechanical Structure

Hello everyone,

I am trying to export a model to STEP with the mechanical structure, but when the client opens this STEP file all the parts are scattered everywhere (see image).
Even If I have locked all parts to there position. Does anyone know how to fix this?
