Text height of dimensions wont change

For some reason the text height of the dimension wont change when nit using the Arial style. There is only on dim style I can choose ISO-25. Works ok with the Standard style. Where can I change this? Saw on the autodesk help site that you need to change the text height to 0 but The setup doesnt allow that.

Go to the Text Style panel of the Drawing Explorer (_Explorer command) and change the height of your 'Arial' text style to 0.
