BIM civil commands missing

Hi
The current version of Bricscad I have on my Mac is V20 BIM. I installed a beta of V21 to try out. Since installing V21 the BIM civil commands have stopped working. If I invoke the Tin command for example I receive the error "Tool not found in MacroGroup:BRICSCAD.tinedit". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling V20. How do I get the BIM civil commands back?
