Selecting the ribbons with "Alt+" or scrollwheel?

In Autocad and Office I can change and select the different groups in ribbon with ..

  • pressing "Alt+" the referring character or
  • hover the mouse over the ribbon and scroll the mouse wheel

Is there a function like this in Brics20 too?
