blocks not updating

I like to use blocks - prefer it to x-refs.
In v21, my blocks are not updating. If I insert an updated block, it asks if I want to update but just falls out, leaving the old blocks in place - not updated.
Is there a setting I should change?

Hi Anthony,

It's a bug related to the dialogue form of INSERT. As a workaround you can use the command line version, -INSERT instead.
