Express Tools BREAKLINE Command fatal error

Hi.
I'm using V21.1.06.01-1 with express tools V21.
when I'm trying to use the BREAKLINE command in an existing drawing I get a FATAL error message (see attached image Capture.JPG).
when I'm trying to use the BREAKLINE command in a new drawing, I get an invalid block error message (see attached image Capture2.JPG), and then I get the fatal error message.
I've re-installed the express tools, and brkline.dwg block is there.
if I cancel the operation, brkline.dwg block (just the block, with out the extension lines) is inserted in to the drawing in a random location.
in V20 the BREAKLINE command works fine.
any ideas what mite be the problem?

    yes, such a problem was reported to our SupportRequest system ...
    good news, already fixed (was a problem with SelectionSet(s) containing erased entities).
    Will be available/fixed with coming V21.1.07 (coming in short time).
