how can i make a calendered sheet metal like solidworks and then flatten it?

    Not sure I understand what "calendered" sheet metal is. If the object can be created as a solid model, then converted to a sheet metal object with SMCONVERT, and finally unfolded with SMUNFOLD, it would be "flattened". Is that what you're looking for? The attached file shows a slotted cylinder unfolded. This is considered a "lofted" bend, and the number of segments (subdivisions) in the unfolded blank can be set in the mechanical browser.

    calendered is a sheet metal with a constat radius (like tunnel formworks mantle).
