PaletteSet.get_RolledUp() MissingMethodException

Has anyone seen this before? When we add a PaletteSet we get this error in V18 and V19.
myPaletteSet.Add(...);

It seems intermittent on different computers. Just curious if someone has a fix, or submit a support ticket?
