Upgrading Bricscad Lite V14 to Lite V21

HI,
Anybody here upgrades the Bricscad license?

I wanna upgrade from Bricscad V14 to V21. Is possible to upgrade or just buy a new one?

I looked at upgrade price/maintenance on the website at $140/year. Is it just one step upgrade?

    I recently got a price to upgrade from v14 Platinum to v21 Pro. But, in reality it is not a simple upgrade, because Bricsys has been separating some of the features into different versions. So my upgrade would lose some of the features I had in Platinum. In some ways it is a downgrade of the version, even if it is an upgrade in terms of the year of the release. It is complicated. So, they can't just show you a simple price list for upgrades.

    In general, the more versions you skip, the more the upgrade price increases. I haven't looked at the pricing to say how much. Also, when you upgrade you are required to purchase maintenance for one year. (BricsCAD is starting to sound like Autodesk) There was enough of an outcry that they stopped that policy If you are purchasing a new seat.

    Anyway the price on the web page is just one step upgrade.
