Profilemanager doesn't seem to work

Presently working on V20. I have downloaded and installed V21.
When I export a Profile out from V20 and then import the Profile in V21 I lose all my customization.

  • custom menus are gone
  • Ribbon returns
  • custom toolbars are gone.

I thought that these were the type of things the profilemanager was supposed to deal with.
Any help out there?

    Did you tried to send support request to bricsys support?
    In case you will,can you Please update here if you will get a response from them?
