Left most toolbar placed above the commandline has none responsive icons
I have my properties windows and such all on the lefthand side. But now with the latest version, the toolbar (no matter which toolbar) placed above the commandline doesn't allow for clicking the 2nd to 6th icon if the properties window or content browser or toolpalettes are open. If none of those are active then instead there's a bunch of icons further to the right that don't respond but all the icons to the left of them work just fine. In other words, if looks like there's a mask, a block, a zone to ignore there.
Anyone else have this happen ?
