I have several tool palettes that were created in V19. I shared these tool palettes with others and as long as the other user copied the blocks to a directory and then put that directory in their "support file search path" it would find the block just fine. In V20 this is not working and was wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

    Yes, it's a bug that came in with V20 (SR 103077). It was fixed for V21.

    Depending on your requirements, you could try using the Content Browser as an alternative. This has the advantage of dynamically updating to any additional content that you add.

    Thank you, that was my hunch. Do you know if there is a Service Pack for V20 that fixes this?
