Crash reports seemingly from BricsCAD cmdapi.dll

Using BricsCAD 21.2.03 we are finding crash report that seem to be generated by BricsCAD.
Using fairly complex 3d models with blocks that come from other customised CAD .dwg files.
Does not always crash BCAD, but response often hangs for a while.

Contains text like
ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) in module cmdapi.dll at 0033:00000000074F04EF
Registers:
RAX=lX RBX=lX RCX=lX RDX=lX RSI=lX RDI=lX RBP=lX RSP=lX RIP=lX EFL=00000000 CS=505AC230 DS=3ECAEE78 SS=505AC2C8 ES=505AC2C8 FS=0000 GS=3ECAEE40

Are we the only user with this ?

    You may want to try updating to 21.2.05-1. Until 21.2.04-1 I also had crashes with 3D mechanical models containing quite a few components, this became noticeably less in 21.2.04 and 21.2.05. If you have 3rd party add-ons installed disabling them and see what happens then might perhaps give you an indication if the problem might be with an add-on application.

    It may not solve your issue but at least you could try.

    Thank you.
    We did update to 21.2.05 a few days after posting the query, and we have not recorded any crashes since then,
    so the update seems to have fixed it.
    It seems the unresponsive behaviour may be due to insufficient ram, so we will upgrade that too.
