Looking for cut optimizing tool for things like plywood to cover roofs

I have found many programs that can optimize cuts for 1D material, and for multiple parts placed onto 2D panels. However, I want to optimize materials for things like putting a metal floor into sheds, with each shed being a different size. Attached is an example of what I am needing to do.

Any suggestions?

I kept getting the error message, "try again in 30 seconds." when I clicked to post the message, and did Apparently, in spit of the "try again" message, each attempt went through. So, that is the reason for the multiple posts.
