Mechanical Browser - Custom options

Hi all
Quick question for the custom guru's! :)
Is there an option to change the Enabled / Disabled color, in the Mechanical Browser window?

As seen on the following screen capture. It's almost impossible to distinguish between both conditions!
FYI "Coincident 24" is disabled and "Concentric 27" is enabled... and that's on a 4k monitor.
Real contrasting colors would be marvelous.
