Rollover Squares at Cursor

Hello, could someone point me to what is causing these 2 connected Blue Squares to appear when I rollover any CAD object in the drawing. It seems to be only happening in one drawing and I have never seen this before.

    Still cannot solve what this is as even checking the drawing in AutoCAD there is no shape that appears. Tried ExporttoAutocad too. It seems to only be present in BricsCAD.

    It means there are 2D constraints attached to the object.
