Moving from Revit with 30x40 Template

I am currently trying to move from using Revit to Brics BIM. I use 30x40’s template for my company in revit and I was wondering if anyone has successfully used his A-CAD template in Brics BIM? I really love the set up and got used to it very quickly.

Also, if anyone has any input on how I can set up my Brics BIM Layout with toolbars and panels to be more like Revit, that would be great!

Thanks!

    Great !

I would more urgently need that 30x40 Template for Vectorworks,
which isn't available. So I also thought about buying the ACAD version
    and trying it for Bricscad.
But I am so unfamiliar with all ACAD customization standards in general.

Someone from Bricsys mentioned that Bricscad V22 will get a Drawing
Customization Update, which will make it more comfortable to use.
Maybe that will allow customizing my drawings styles myself.

Can't help with Revit GUI in BC, as I never worked with Revit.
But I think both have quite different BIM approaches.
It may help to find Bricscad Tools faster at the beginning but maybe it is
good idea to get used to Bricscad's own UI.
When I came from Vectorworks and began with Bricscad, I never really
tried to adapt Bricscad UI to VW.
Instead heavily tried to customize Bricscad Toolboxes to show mainly
the Tools I'm interested in and threw out a lot of tools I am not
    interested in.

But I am mainly on Mac or Linux, where GUI Customization is a bit risky
and does not really work reliable.

And I needed at least 2(!) years to get used to the Quad in Bricscad.
Today I feel comfortable and don't want to miss it.
