"Activation key already used" after restarting BricsCAD on Windows

"Activation key already used" after restarting BricsCAD on Windows
I just bought V21 and after restarting Windows (it was updating a video driver)
my BricsCAD is asking for activation (that I did when I bought it - couple of weeks ago)
When I imputed the code I got an error 1005 - "Activation key already used"
Does anyone know how can I fix this?

That sounds strange though.

I experienced Bricscad crashing when just trying to opening any File,
just because I upgraded my AMD GPU driver.
(works again with later AMD drivers and V21)

but "Activation key already used" warning, is very strange ....
