CopyGuided and MoveGuided Command

Dear forum members,

i am working as an architect and i recently saw a imagevideo of bricscad V21 showing the copyguided and moveguided commands - I immediately tried those commands, because these commands seems to be very usefull in drawing architectural plans. But in my opinion these commands are not working proper, i tried almost every way of setting up hatches and doors and doorblocks - But there is always kind of a problem with generating the hatches - i uploaded a video showing the problem and the .dwg file -
Has anybody an idea how to solve this problem?
