Structure Tree Configuration

Hi I'm a newbie here, so please be kind ;)

I am creating a preconstruction model showing all of the structural elements, and I am having tropuble with working out how to display "wall framing assembly" in the structure tree.

I have group the entities together and called it W01 - wall framing. I want to show this in the structure tree as a goup name for easy navigation and cleaner export of IFC model for our estimating software.

    Hi newbie,
    congratulations on the nice model!

    The best way of grouping objects to show up nicely in the structure browser is to create blocks. You can also give another classification to the block (e.g. wall) than the containing elements (column)
