how to do edit appload.dfs programmatically

i want to put my dlls path in appload.dfs programmatically.
is there any way to do this?

    There is no point in editing it. There is no autoload setting in it. You need to create an autorun key in the Windows registry. All parameters are exactly the same as in AutoCAD.
