BMINSERT -> replace insert takes a long time and faulty behaviour
Hi there,
I made of every unique 'master' block two different versions; One with a high and other low level of detail.
Every unique 'master' block is nested with cubic parametrized blocks and a has one or more designtables connected to it.
Changing an single block (bminsert) takes a wink of an eye, however my model has multiple unique blocks, each made op several nested blocks and multiple designtables, copied +200 times resulting in a file with +800 parametrized blocks.
Changing an unique block and all its copies takes forever.
And there pops up another problem :
Sometimes it goes wrong and they don't behave anymore as it would be expected. I suspect in the case when nested blocks are set to external.
Anyone experiencing the same problems or have tips ?
regards Harold
I did make a block with nested cubics for testing purposes in 3 flavours ;

I did make a block with nested cubics for testing purposes in 3 flavours ;
- Alocal (with nested block setting internal)
- Aexternal (with nested block setting external)
- Blocal (only one nested block, with nested block setting internal, same designtable )
