Tips Needed on Setting SNAPMODE Values

As it is now, I use the command line to set an OSNAPMODE value of 16383 to select all modes available. Has anyone tips on assigning shortcuts or LISP to efficiently set OSNAPMODES?

    One golden tip: switch off NEAR snap. It is a very bad idea to have that permanently active.

    I see and agree. Do you have any further insights on not digging through the settings options besides my current command line entry method?
