Rollover window not showing

Hi, I have 'Rollover Tips' toggled on (ROLLOVERTIPS set to 1) and it is showing in the bottom right menu, but when I hover over or click on an entity nothing appears.
Any suggestions?

    Mine works fine. Which version are you using and have you made sure your settings are correct?

    This must be an old bug that must have been fixed since. Is there a chance you can update to the latest 21.2.06?



    Just tested on it and RT works fine.

    Hi Kin, unfortunately I do not have the maintenance subscription, so don't think I will be able to. Or is the 21.2.06 available without having to fork out for the Maintenance package? It is a pain that it has suddenly stopped working.

    Updates within a main version (i.e. V21) are always free; "Maintenance" applies for main version updates :-)

    Managed to download the latest version, but that wasn't the problem. I had "QUAD" turned off.
