Can an ascii text document be imported into and existing drawing?

    Hi, Al, Are you the other person besides myself that uses EaglePoint? If so, you can import ascii text using the drafting module, text, import text. If you don't use Eagle Point and if you have the text that you want in another drawing, you can copy and paste from drawing to drawing. I am not aware of Intellicad having the ability on its own to import ascii text.

    Choose OBJECT from the INSERT menu to import files from other applications.Text files will display as an icon in the IntelliCAD drawing. Double clicking the icon launches a text editor (e.g. wordpad)WORDPAD (.rtf) or WORD (.doc) documents display as text. Double click the text to edit.
