Problem opening a drawing from Bricscad in AutoCAD

Hello,
I was sending a drawing to an architect who couldn't open a drawing in AutoCAD 21. I tried saving as in several formats from version 2007 to 2018 and it didn't work on their end.
Is there something that can be done to fix the issue?

    Hi neb,

    You could try the "audit" command and see if any errors are fixed and that solves the issue.

    I also suggest raising a support ticket with Bricsys (through your account), upload the problem file and they will investigate it for you.

    AUDIT did the trick. There were 34 errors and all were fixed.
